Most online pharmacies either don’t require a prescription or say that their “doctor” will write one. Run away. Both are VERY illegal.

Since it’s illegal, you can’t be certain what they’ll actually send you. If you get ripped off, then you’ve lost your money.

Do online Canadian pharmacies that don’t require a prescription offer the same quality meds that you can get at your local pharmacy. I live in the u.s. and I’m interested in the drug risperdal. So if you have experience in doing this I would appreciate some info.

What is the likelihood, when ording an RX medication from an overseas online pharmacy, your order will be interdicted by customs? I noticed a warning on a website for a pharmacy based out of Chile, that if your order had not arrived it may have been seized by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. I’m referring to legal medications, not street drugs, and an amount suited to an individual, not a large bulk order.

I’ve never had a problem in 2 years, you just have to be careful that your drug is really what it is supposed to be. Stick with western Europe or Canadian pharmacies, they have standards similar to ours.

should i wait until the license comes in the mail before i apply for pharmacy technician jobs or can i go ahead and apply now?

Hi Marz,

I am assuming that you registered as a pharmacy technician trainee, or if you have already passed the PTCB certification exam, you would have applied as a Pharmacy tech. You also need to get finger printed. Once the Texas board of pharmacy receives a clean background check (1-2 weeks) it will take them another 2-3 weeks to process your app and approve your registration. You do need to have an active registration with the State board before you can work or receive training on-the-job in a Texas pharmacy.

So it can’t hurt to start looking for a job, while you’re waiting for your registration to be approved. I would let prospective employers know that you have already applied for registration and see what happens.

I cannot find an online pharmacy that will ship to Missouri and accept virtual checks or COD orders. I also need one that fills orders with no prescription required, but does its own evaluations.
Actually, I would never order from another country. I have found numerous sites that will accept COD orders & a few that do electronic withdrawl (a little risky), but I can’t find one of those that will ship to Missouri. I’m finding all the individual components, but I can’t seem to find all of my requirements at the same site.

I would not recommend these as they are in another country and right now the US government is seizing all pharmacy shipments from other countries. If you do not pay by credit card you can lose your money. I had them seize my thyroid pills from Canada and they sent me a letter about it. Your tax dollars at work!
NOne of these sites will send them COD or by virtual check.
